A social group run by people with Autism for people with Autism
The Chameleon social group meeting at Leigh sports village alternate Thursday evenings from 7pm until 9pm for adults with autism aged 16 onwards.
The group do a range of activities including arts crafts, social outings to develop friendships and social skills.
All the activities are centred around Katie and her needs and likes, and for the first time in months and months Katie has been participating in activities which she had refused to do during the last year or two at her previous council day service.
’True Colours has given Adam the opportunity to explore a broad spectrum of activities and learning experiences that has previously not been available to him and he is consequently flourishing!
