Social Enterprise

Social enterprises are businesses that benefit the community, that are self-sustainable and any surplus funds generated are put back into the enterprise or into the community.

One of the aims of the social enterprises is to provide employment to adults with Autism or a disability.

Currently True Colours support 2 social enterprises.

The Chameleon social group is for adults with autism aged 16 onwards

The Chameleon social group

The Chameleon social group meeting at Leigh sports village alternate Thursday evenings from 7pm until 9pm for adults with autism aged 16 onwards.

The group do a range of activities including arts crafts, social outings to develop friendships and social skills.
