Assertive Outreach.

When life is far from straightforward, and people have complex needs, we can offer guidance, intervention, support, and care. We create custom support packages for every individual case, addressing their greatest needs, as well as the little (but important) things. Most support packages can be put together within 24 hours.

Our service can be as simple as ensuring people go to their healthcare appointments and understand their rights, to complex day-to-day support for people and families in crisis.

Assertive Outreach.

Intensive support for families in crisis situations. With our specialist support staff and creative approach, we have:

– Supported people who would have otherwise been sectioned under the Mental Health Act, supporting people to remain in their own home with their families.

– Helped people move into their own homes, develop skills and find their independence.

– Helped people find the right support for them.

– Supported a young couple with learning disabilities and autism through pregnancy and parenthood.
